CASE IT UP Refund Policy

At CASE IT UP, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how we can assist you:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted if:
    • The product is defective.
    • You received the wrong model or design.
  • Returns will NOT be accepted if:
    • You ordered the wrong model.
    • You simply dislike the design.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The item should be in the same condition as when received.
  • An unboxing video is required to validate your return/exchange request.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at caseitup011@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide details of the issue along with images and an unboxing video showing any defects or errors.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds & Shipping Policies

Exchanges:

  • If you ordered the wrong model, you may exchange it for the correct one (subject to availability).
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs and any price differences.
  • Replacement will be shipped within 2-7 business days after we receive the original item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective products or incorrect orders, CASE IT UP will cover the return shipping.
  • For non-defective returns/exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • After the product is returned and your request is processed, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.

Important Notes

  • Returns will NOT be accepted after the 2-day window has passed.
